VPLF Series Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter is one type of vertical pressure filter. It belongs to one kind of niagara pressure leaf filtration equipment. Under pressure, the solid particles in the filtrate will be trapped on the niagara filter leaves, and the filter cake is formed gradually. Under pressure, the filtrate goes through the filter cake. Filter leaf usually consists of 7 layer,5 layers or 3 layers (ply) of stainless steel wire mesh, binder, nozzle, handle, etc.The 5 layers of metal mesh are 2 layers of dense filter mesh on the surface, 2 layers of support mesh in the middle and 1 layer of drainage mesh in the innermost layer.
The niagara filter leaf closure can be riveted, spot welded, bolted, or a combination of the above.
